Stabbing Chest pains

ok .. i am a 23 year old female. i Started getting this Extremely painful pains around my chest area.. right from the start from the ribs all teh way up to almost shoulders and same around trhe back my Left arm felt funny and kind of numb and with a weird pain.. but not so painful. lying on flat surfaces felt more horrible.. i felt more pain more pressure and as if my chest and lungs were crushing and pushing up .. layin on anything like a pillow or just trying to rest would hurt too so i would have to stand and walk around and i would feel stabbing pains..all around.while my breathing was very limited and painful too. i started getting this pains..last January right after new years... I went to london and was held in Heathrow aiport for 24 hours.. (immigration issues) so they put me in a nasty room ..which looked very unhealthy and dirty... there were no windows.. no nothing... it was cold.. and i just covered myself with my coat and scarf.. since i refused to touch the dirty nasty probably full of bacteria blankets they had there.. so anyways i was held there 24 hours.. and sent back to the US. i was super sick the whole way back .. and i arrived home with a horrible cold.. but i didnt take too much importance.. i thought it woudl just go away. and it did but  like 2 weeks later i started experiencing this pains.. usually at 4..5..6..7..am wake up in pain... and be up for a long time........ i woudl take painkillers ibuprofen and nothing woudl work.. i would cry ..scream.. walk.. sit... do anything to try to make the pains go away..and nothing i would just have to wait.. and wait..tillthe pains slowly went away..and i would ..pass out exhausted.
the pains started coming 2 nights in a row.. and going away for a  month or 2 and then would come back again.. and on and off.. i went to the hospital.. got EKG..echos.. X rays.. blood exams.. for kidneys and pancreas..and everything would be fine...

recently i took a blood test for atypical pneumonias and it showed positive on BORDATELLA PARAPERTUSSIS....the doc said this uncommon bacteria.. attacked my respiratory system and  gave me a pleurisy.. i took.. antibiotics for 10 days.. called KETEK. and the pains would be soo extreme that i was given morphine to make them go away.. i couldnt sleep anymore and they became soo intense recently..a year later.. almost every night.. and tehy would start..early at 11pm .. and so.. for hours..

i dont know what to do.. i finished my antibiotic treatment a weeek ago..and i was fine.. and now i am feeling pains again.. i feel soo helpless and angry.. i dont know what it is ..if it really was a pleurisy or it is something else..

someone ..out there?? help? advice...thank you.

thank you for your comment and advice..over the past year ive gone to doctors everywhere to different hospitals and received different diagnosis ..and they all let to the same thing.. Still having pains.

my last doctor now just gave me LYRICA an anxiety thing.. pregabalin .. i dont really understand.. i really really doubt its anxiety.. i will take it tonight..see how it goes..
but as far .. as this goes..morphine is the only thing that takes the pain away.
and am really thankful for it because ive spent..nights ..hours in pain..awake.. crying.. like a crazy lady..

My suggestion is. Go and get a second opinion from another Doc. Perhaps you know a Friend who can recommend you to a good Doctor?
Good Doctors are not always easy to find.
I feel for your situation and i do hope you will have some answers and an effective treatment for this.
