I heard that taking a Vitamin B12 shot will help reduce stress levels up to 44%, is this true? I am asking because i have dealt with anxiety attacks for almost four years now and was wondering what natural cures or options there where out there. Thanks, Deeboe

That is not true. I take the sublingual drops that proved to improve my B12 level. However, if the level is below 200 monthly shots are needed. My level was 314.

I was told by my physician that pernicious anemia cannot be treated with oral supplements since the body cannot absorb what it consumes. This is why injections are necessary for people who, despite a varied and healthy diet that includes animal protein, are low in b12 or are deficient in B12.

Hi, there is no substancial evidence or clinical studies for these claims. Generally, pharmaceutical companies to fool public and to sell their product come out with these claims. How can you measure stress? It is very subjective.

But vitamins do have anti oxidant properties which are helpful in stress related diseases like diabetes, hypertension, hepatitis etc. A normal or adequate diet is full of vitamins, hence there is no need for supplements.

Vitamin B12 shots are necessary in cases of pernicious anemia, which again can be treated with oral medications.
