Hiv Concern

I had a one night stand with a woman that I don't really know about 10 weeks ago. I DID ask her after the fact if she had anything and she said no, but I don't know if she's being honest or if she really doesn't  know for sure. I also don't have any idea how many parnters she's had recently, I assume a few at least.

She started to guide me without a condom on and I did have brief contact but no intercourse. at that point I pulled away and put one on

judging by what I've read, I wouldn't expect to get hiv but I've noticed that my testicles became achy a few weeks after, also my left side had some pressure just under my rib cage for several weeks, usually I could only notice the pressure when I bent over or moved just right. Although I haven't seen too many websites on it, I have read something about the spleen and I don't know if it could be that.

Anyway.. I recently took an hiv test but the results won't be back for a week or two and Im making myself sick with worry.. wondering if I have hiv

Please give me some advice and tell me what you think

No penetration = No risk, Protected penetration = No risk, and your negative test will prove it, if you can handle waiting for teh result just go and get a rapid test they only take 20 min,

Please don't go by the symptoms, they can arise due to many reasons. The doctors have told everyone that the best thing is to get tested. Your one night stand puts the odd in your favour, although a vaginal penetration without a condom is a high risk activity (I think the risk is 1 in 2000 episode). I hope you are safe and a 9-10 week result will give a very good indication of your status. Don't panic, just try to relax a bit.
