Hello Dear,
You should consult a neurologist and go in for complete neurological examination to know the exact cause of your complaint. It is difficult to comment at present without any investigations,so get yourself evaluated so that treatment can be started.

Hi there.

It is very hard to picture or imagine what is really happening, or explaining the cause of this spot.  Skin spots can represent localized areas of infections such as fungal infections.  These can also be localized areas of inflammation caused by insect bites or furuncles.  A more detailed description of the spot along with other signs and symptoms would give us a more accurate picture.  Regards.
