Left side Testicle Lower than the rigth side

Hi There,
I'm 24,my left testicle seems to hang loosely (much lower than the right side) and feels as if there is no muscular attachment. When I tense the muscles in that area, the right testicle rises, but the left side does not respond. It has been this way for almost 5 years. I've never had an injury or surgery in that area.  I've been experiencing general discomfort in the groin and when wore underwears, along with the need to frequently "adjust" on the left side because it is hanging so loosely. Thank You for Your Surport & Help

This is actually a possible hernia. You state that one side of the teste is lower than the other...

Question for you: Do you see a big lump on one teste? If so, can it easily be pushed inside your body? If this is true, you are most probably experiencing a hernia.

There are medical procedures that can eliminate the hernia, and they take a few hours to complete (the surgery it self)

This wouldn't be due to an std, and you would get many more responses in the men's health forum.
