can anyone help me?!!!

can anyone help me before i end up dying from all this?  one year ago, i had the gastric sleeve procedure done, and ended up spending 4 months in the hospital.  i've had 16 surgeries, was in a coma for 9 days on a ventilator (doctor told my family to plan my funeral that there was no hope), received 4 units of blood, and still having a lot of trouble.  i was 200lbs, and now weigh 107.  yeah, i lost weight, but i could kick myself in the rear every single day for having the procedure done!!!  my weight won't stablize, cant stop the weight loss, i look like i'm anorexic, i'm SO weak pass out a lot, legs cramp and give out on me several times a day, i have horrible scars all over my abdomen, my hair is falling out, i've already had a toe nail fall off, my stomach cramps constantly, i still vomit at least 1 to 2 times a day, i have another abcess behind my largest scar and cant find a doctor who will touch me for it or even for a cold (i'm a train wreck, and it scares every doctor i've been to for help).  to top it all off, i'm a paramedic at the largest maximum security prison in the United States!!!  I'm SO sick and weak, but NO ONE will touch me!!!  I have a law suit pending against the surgeon who messed me up so bad, but how do I SURVIVE?!!!  Someone PLEASE help me!  I'm only 33 yrs old, and I feel like I'm slowly dying.  I really dont know if I will survive all this...I know I'm one cold or virus away from being back in the hospital, and I dont think I'll pull through next time.  Oh, my mother had gastric by pass one year earlier with same doctor, my sister had the gastric sleeve procedure done by the same doctor...neither had ANY problems.  I did my homework, researched the doctor, hospital, and procedure VERY well before under going the knife, and look what happened to me!!  I dont recommend this to ANYONE!!!

Who is the surgeon that messed you up, it could help others?  You should definitely sue him.  I am so sorry to hear about your pain and illiness.  Hope you heal quickly.

I am really sorry to hear of your sufferings.  All I can suggest is to place your question on the "ask a doctor" Gastro Forum and ask Dr Pho for advice.

On certain occasions I have seen him reply to perplexed patients saying "....we would be pleased to assess you at our clinic here....".

Of course I cannot predict his response but, if he was able to invite you to his clinic, (and maybe you should specifically ask for this in your question) at least you would receive a complete "starting at the beginning/starting from scratch" assessment without any defensiveness from your previous surgeon.

Good luck.  Sorry not to be able to suggest anything more "healing"....
