I've been dealing with issues like this myself, except mine has been loose bowels and not full on diarrhea.  If you don't have Celiac disease.  Questions do you have anxiety at all.  My girlfriend gets really bad stomach and IBS symptoms when she worries and has anxiety.  I do as well.  Do you have excessive acid and stomach aches in the mornings and evenings like I do?  That was GERD for me.  Do you have any allergy symptoms and drainage, that would cause diarrhea.  The thing to do is to eliminate every other obvious symptom that could cause it as well as getting bloodwork, etc.  Hope this get your mind a thinking.

I was checked for Celiac and have it.    It explained why I had loose bowels and sometimes out of the blue diarrhea with no diet change.  That happend off and on for years, but I was told you have a touch of this or that.  My grandmother was diagnosed with Celiac after being in the hospital on her death bed, and the doctors could not figure it out.  But one doctor picked up that she was from England.  He then did research based on England's documentation and found it right away.  She was tested with a blood test and it was positive and then they did a biopsy and saw how much damage.  Mind you that my grandmother was 75 at the time with hardly any signs.  At that time I was having depression problems and acid reflex, woman problems, and massive Muscle spasms.  I went in and asked my doctor.  He told me it was rare, but then looked up and saw that in USA 1 out of a 1000 people had it.  Because my Grandmother had it, they tested me.  He asked me if I wanted to start on anti-depressents and medication for acid reflex.  I told him no at that time lets see what the result are first.  I was positive.  All I did was a diet change and no more problems, my acid reflex, depression, muscle spasms and woman problems  and mysterious diarrhea went away.  I had not felt that great in years, and the sad thing was I did not realize how bad I had been feeling, I was so use to it.   Celiac is a Glutten Intolerant to Wheat, Rye and Barley.   Chex cereal just went glutten free on their rice chex and posted on the box that 1 out of 133 americans suffer from it.  So it be worth testing for.  Just remember if you do the blood test, you must have glutten in your system for it to test accurately.  I would make sure that your eating the three grains for a couple of weeks before the test.  My Sister did not each much grains and had problems when she was tested it came out negative.  Then a few weeks later ended up in the hospital with bowel problems and it turned out she was.    You can go to www .celiac .com and get some great info.  By the way it turns out my Grandmother, Mom, 3 Aunts and Uncles (the other 2 refuse to be tested) and all my sisters have it.  So out of 12, 10 of us have it.  It is not that rare like some doctors say.  In fact a close friend of mine at 30 was diagnosed with MS and she was having similar problems, she got tested and she was positive too.  Sorry for the long comment.
