I am an uncircumcised, sexually active male in my mid-20s. My urethral meatus seems to be getting bigger (the bottom of the slit is approaching the point where the frenulum attaches to the glans). When urinating, it seems as if there is less velocity to my urine stream, which makes the post-urination "shake" insufficient for clearing the urethra of residual urine. All the searches I have done online point me to articles about meatal stenosis (which is the opposite of what I believe is happening). Is this a documented condition and are there any treatments for it?
