As far as the overactive sweat glands, you will need to see your Physician. Some people have more over active sweat glands than others. He can tell you which deodorant is best, or you can actually have the sweat glands "zapped" and closed off to avoid the amount of sweat produced.
I also get those white smelly stones on the back of my throat. Dr,said that they are tonsil stones, I can actually feel mine back there and often try to tongue or finger them out..but anyhow if you google tonsil stones you will be able to become more aware of those smelly little bits.
When I was a teenager I had the same problem with the sweaty armpits but on a trip to mexico i found a deodorant called Rexona and it worked like a charm.
