stomach bloating and dull pain

I have dull stomach pain upper and lower more upper under my ribs and seem to have upper bloating more on my left side What could this be and what kind of a Dr. should I see

I have had extreme bloating on my left side since February. I cannot move any air at all. I had a perforated colon eleven years ago and five years ago I had a splenic artery embolization. Right now I can mostly just lay in bed and my fatigue is unbearable. I have no idea what to do.

You should see gastroenterologist.

Bloating (with burping, early satiety, nausea, heartburn) may be from H. pylori infection of stomach. There's a bretah urea test for diagnosis. Left sided bloating may be from diverticulitis. x-ray with barium enema is for dx.
