i hav the same problems as you ppl hav with the crators ,symptoms n all and yes i did notice them a few yrs bak and no they didnt bother me then either, but all of a sudden its started getin verry irritated, not funny at all, somtimes its so bad it makes me jump out of my chair in class. :'( this is very hard for me because it means that i have to ignore the itchiness during class, which is absolute pain and i hav trouble sitting too.i come from a long line of over reacters when it comes to medical health and condition so i would do anything to know what they are and how to treat them.please!!!!

i thinks u need to go to the doctor, sounds like maybe u had excoriation that got infected. u cld try showering with antibacterial soap twice a day, then putting dettol/savlon cream on it and putting something in between ur cheeks, like um cotton wool when u go to bed and washing ur undies in hot water. if it is bothering u alot u shld go to the doctor... let me know how it goes

if it wasn undersood about my situation, i think i should explain properly. a few months ago my butt crack was very sensitive and sometime i could sit in certain position because of the pain. this sensitiveness stopped after a while and then a few weeks later i started to get this really bad itchiness in the same area. i thought, ignore it and it will go, but it didnt. it stated getting so itchy that i would jump up in my chair in class and not wanting to draw attention to myself i had to ignore it, which was absolutely horrible.
one day i had had enough and went to check it out. i saw these craters also 2cm apart, there was also puss. somtiimes when i couldnt take it id scratch, now i know you shouldnt but its such a horrible feelin, so when i scratch its started to bleed ALOT. not wanting to get infected i washed it and that stoped the bleeding but unfortunately it didnt stop the itchieness.
now ive noticed these craters before (a few years ago) and theve never done me any  harm up till now. can any1 tell me what they are and how to rid of them please?
