Early pregnancy signs

Hi,

I have missed my period for the last 7 days. I have a 31 day cycle and i believe that i am once again pregnant, as i have PCOS and have been miscarriaging. However, i have started back with the glucophage treatment and i believe that is has made me more fertile at this stage.

My concern is, however, that i get very little breast tenderness, that only last 1 day before my period but i have had it for the past 7 days continously; burning and weird sensations on the nipples. Additionally, i feel a pressure in my lower abdomen and i feel very gaseous and i have problems sleeping on my back; now i can only sleep awkwardly on one side.

Are these common in such early pregnancy?

I dont know whats going on =*(. Any advice from you ladies would surely help me. I started what i believed was my cycle on 09/06 only to have it completely stop on 09/07.  I have been having sore & tingling bb's,nausea, fatigue, food adversions & what seems to be superhuman smelling abilities. I called my dr, spoke with the nurse who advised me to take a hpt. I took one this past saturday night with a BFN. I have never had a cycle that only lasted 1 day, nor have I had these symptoms. Especially the tingling bb's. I mean its pretty bad to the point where its irritating. Please-your advice would be greatly appreaciated- I NEED it!!
Thanks
