scab/spot on my breast

I woke up the other day with a scab, about 1/4 inch in diameter right underneath my left nipple on my breast. I stupidly picked the scab and it bled a little bit, it kind of looked like a hole in my breast (a very small one, but like an injury would look if you picked the scab) like you could see the "meat". I don't know, but it is still reddish purple underneath the skin and has some dry skin over the top of it. I am wondering if this could be skin cancer or breast cancer or what it could be. I only wear cotton sports bras with no wire and I do sleep in them. Could it be a bite of some sort, I don't remember it being pinched. I am going out of my mind and need some help though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone answered this question ? Because I have 4 on one Bob and 1 on the other and they dont go away !!! I've had them for a year and been to a great expert and they just keep saying they dont know and send me away

I am having the same thing happen to me. It is on my left breast. It looks the same way when you pick the scab and I am going crazy figuring out what it is. But instead of just one. I have like 4 or 5. Has anyone responded to you yet saying what it might be. My DR> just keep giving me cream saying it could be really bad eczema. But the creams never seem to work. I am getting really frustrated with her because she seems to blow it off like it is no big deal but I have had it for 3 months now. I am always tired like I have no energy and I have start sweating like crazy which I have never done before. But if you hear anything please, please let me know

I had what I thought was just a freckle that developed from fake tanning. The other day I noticed that it seemed to be flaking. So being the dermotillomaniac that I am, I picked it with tweezers. It seemed to remove multiple layers of my skin on my breast. I had this happen to me 5 years ago and it's like a hole. I have had another mask on my body from fake tanning 2 years ago that I picked as well on my outer thigh, except that one bled... a lot. I feel like I have been removing the beginning stages of skin cancer and that's why I uncovered such a meaty, fleshy part of my epidermis. I haven't been fake tanning in years but I have other marks as well that I have to keep an eye on.
