Discharge after the use of Vaginal suppositories....

I have a question for you all and I hope some of you can help me. I have been using my vaginal suppositories since the day after my IUI. I usually only have a white discharge from the suppositories but this time it is a little different. After about 6dpiui I have had discharge but it is very clear. I feel like I'm peeing in my pants. That's exactly what it feels like. And when i go to the restroom, I don't have any discharge just a wet spot where I was "leaking". Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Hi,
Thank you for posting this. TTC for past 6months. I am on induced ovulation and this is the first time I have ever used any vaginal suppository.. frst 4 days I had whitish discharge which looked merely like the melted suppository. However from 5th day I am exactly feeling the same thing you have mentioned here... like peeing on the pants... I have to rush to the restroom to only find my panty wet. Also, this happens in the early morning and then randomly once or twice a day. I am not on my ovulation days so I did not have any intercourse so its definitely not the leak because of intercourse. Yet to visit my gynaec.

My experience is just like you describe & I, too, am so glad I'm not alone! :)  I looked up info on urinary infections, etc. & it definitely doesn't sound like that.  It's good to hear from lmcrt that it's just one of those things that happens to us lucky ones! j/k!  I've been using progesterone supps since Jan. & it only happened for me last cycle & this cycle.  Just an odd phenomenon, I guess!  Take care :)

I'm glad there are others that can relate. See it's not the suppository discharge (sometimes if it isn't inserted right you will have that discharge) this is a totally different feeling. I mean literally I feel like I'm peeing in my pants and have to sit down before I really do pee in my pants. Sometimes I even go to the restroom and I have a wet spot on my pants and my underwear. Really really weird. I didn't have this the first cycle. Please let me know if you hear anything about this!!

Thanks!

My RE said this is completely normal many women complain of feeling like they have pee'd in their pants while on suppositories. This is totally normal just really annoying.

OMG!  Thank you for posting this question 'cause the same exact thing happened to me last cycle & is happening to me this cycle.  It's so bizarre.  It happens to me when I'm waking up in bed & I can't control this "leaking" feeling.  It's not the suppository.  It feels exactly like you said, like I'm leaking or peeing my pants.  I asked my Ob last cycle & she said it could be a urinary infection, but I didn't have any other symptoms & it resolved, so I just let it go.  Now I'm experiencing the same thing.  I'll look up info on urinary infections & please let me know if you find anything.  I'll defnitely mention it to my RE when I meet with him again, as well.
:)

I have not experienced exactly that while on the suppositories.. though when i was on the pill a while back, i had a similar problem for a few months (guess it was just a hormonal thing).....as long as most of the suppository is staying in there long enough i wouldn't worry.. are you getting your pregsterone checked at 7dpo?  i think sometimes hormones just vary month to month and can cause that.. and of course when pregnant vaginal dc changes.. so hopefully this is a good sign! : )   good luck!
