hcg levels

i am on my 4th hcg test and it has elevated each time but it hasnt doubled each time 2 transvag u/s later one week apart all they see is a sack both times. based on my last period i should be 7w1day i have very little cramping no bleeding yet they say i'm going to miscarry. how can my levels go up if i am miscarrying. has any one had this same thing? i have another u/s in a week we are praying for a better outcome. thanks for all the info it has made us hopeful

thanks for the encouragement they only see blood flow in or near the sac no heartbeat i am hoping that even though i new when my last period was that i am a late ovulator and the weeks are just off and thats why they are not seeing anything but my sac had not changed in size since last week. did they ck the size on yours

give it another week or two and have them do another U/S. They could just be off. Your levels don't have to double every 48 hrs. it can take up to 72 hrs.

I had 1 u/s at 4 or 5 weeks showing a tiny sac. and another at 5w6d and saw a TINY blinking heartbeat. I now am holding my 9 week old son Tyler!
