hi, you can try cutting out bread from your diet, replace it with other high fibre products, and you should also drammatically reduce your sugar intake, ofcourse fatty and processed food should be reduced, ive heard one way of losing massive weight without harming yourself is to drink a glass of grapefruit every morning for two weeks along with the reduction in bread and sugar, cheers.
Can i just say as much as i know you really really want to loose weight, please be careful. I was dieting strictly before i got sick and the doctor both GP and Gastro told me that this could have been a large factor as to why i got as bad as i did, and possibly what made me more open to staying sick the way i have. Loosing that much weight that fast isnt a good thing. While you may see the weight coming off what you cant see is what it is doing to your body beneath your skin. Im not saying dont do it, from a dieter i understand the need and want to be thin. But im saying be careful. Your body needs certain things to be able to function normally and food is one of these. Again please be careful, and for all of the people like myself out there who just want to be normal again, please dont take it for granted.
You can get a personal trainer and tell them you need to lose weight or you could get a new job.
You cannot lose 20 lbs in a month by drinking vinegar and lemon juice. You might lose a lot of water at first, but you're not going to lose any fat.
You're also going to screw up your body really bad. If you read some of the posts on here, these are not issues you want to have.
