how can I rid myself of catarrh?

I have post nasal drip. This makes my breath and mouth taste dirty and unfresh. It also has a knock on effect in my sexual relationship and is making me depressed. Can you help please?

i use olbas oil i put some in a bowl of very hot water, put a towel over my head and inhail
it gets the phlem up and clears you lungs for a while, give it a try.
