Almost 4 years now and burning thigh pain worst when sitting

LIke confuse 1234 who posted here in Jan 07, All the doctors have been unable to get rid of my pain when sitting, MRI, Rectal exmains, x-rays, blood work, chriopactors, Nothing has help, has anyone else besides confuse 1234 and my self have this sunburn type sensation on the bottom of both thighs when sitting. I do notice the more I have to push for a bowel movement the worse the pain is, so i thinkinfg now it may have some thing to do with the pelvic musle floor. Any ideas anyone getting really tried of this pain and seems to be worse when cold outside maybe because I tense up alot when its cold?

I have had thigh pain upon sitting for several years now. It doesn't seem to be effected by the weather, but the longer I sit the more pain I am in. I have given up the idea of having a desk job because the pain is so intense. Does this sound similar to yours?
