HIV Symptoms or due to Anxiety

I had my first sexual encounter with a massage lady a month ago. A ** and a vaginal intercourse for less than 10 secs. She provided the condom which is making me worried. After that she removed the condom which didnt seem to be cracked and wiped with a towel. I have a foreskin. I came home washed thoroughly and have been paranoid of contracting HIV since then. I traveled outside the US in about 2 days after that and now in an asian country. Didnt have any symptoms but had roadside food and had flu like symptoms no cold or soar throat but felt weak and discomfort only in the lower abdomen and slight feeling of nausea after 2 weeks. Went to a doc and he gave antibiotics for 5 days. I would go to the bathroom immediately after having food to clear my bowels. I also feel like I have lost weight about 3 pounds over a period of a month which is about  3% of my previous weight.
But still I had discomfort in the stomach and slight pain in the right side below the ribs. I went to another STD doc and told him about this and he strip checked and told me that he didnt find any enlarged lymph nodes and to take blood tests after a week which would be 5 weeks after the encounter. I am terribly worried after reading through the websites about HIV infection. Could my stomach discomfort be related to anxiety or stomach ulcers due to antibiotics etc. I also feel weak and dont feel like working out. I also seem to have lost weight inspite of eating good food. Also I am getting big pimples on my face which are leaving scars on my face. I would greatly appreciate if a doctor would reply to this question.

your health concerns are not, in any way, related to hiv.  you had protected sex and that equals no risk.
