1. In some people make eyes feel dry.
2. Too many possibilities to list suggest you get second opinion from a different refractive corneal Eye MD
3. No anesthetic drops would never cause your problems.]

I had astigmatism lasik also, and after several years (10) of wonderful perfect vision, i started having blurred vision, it has done nothing but worsen,
and in the last 6 months at a faster rate. in the last 3 months i have had to have prescription changed each month the opth can't seem to figure out why. the toric contacts didn't even stop the change . I have NO health problems except take armour thyroid & have since 2007. It is EXTREMELY frustrating! I don't even feel safe driving sometimes. I have had no change in the physical eye mapping tests over this time, I have healthy eyes he says, Opth keeps asking me if I take sinus / allergy meds regularly and i only take them as needed. 1) what do they do to the eyes ? and 2)
what else could be causing this?
3) I did have an allergic reaction to the numbing eye drops 4 months ago and the thin outer layer cornea swelled up on my eye and I have very blurry vision, took prescpt eye drop and in a month was okay, could this have caused the whole decreasing vision roller coaster I am on ?
I think you should call your personal MD right now and ask his/her advice. If possible see if you can get in to see them today.

Do you think the hospital can take care of all that.
Likely you have two problems going on: See your personal physician as soon as you can to start a headache work up and see an ophthalmologist for the blurred vison. Both of these symptoms are worrisome and demand prompt evaluation.

I had lasik about 5 years ago 20/20 and just two weeks ago I started getting thse horrible migraines i guess(severe pressure around eyes and front forehead) and it feels like my head is going to explode. My eye actually hurt as well for a few days. I then noticed my sight not as good as it was like the day bfore and since then everydaythese headaches come and the blurriness is still there. Hard to see far things that i did see right before this.i wouldnt think my sight would decrease that much overnght.i have taken claritin and alavert and started excedrin migraine which aleviates the head pain for a good part of the day. What should i do?
I had my LASIK enhancement done last month. I'm also a success. 20/15 and 20/15 -1. However, in the past two weeks I had pressure behind my right eye and itching, dryness, etc. You name it and I was experiencing it. I saw my Opt. for a check up since I'm still under care and she put me on Pataday--not helping. I've used drops religiously and vision improves slightly but it's still hazy like there's a film covering my eye and there's still a pain behind the eye. In my case it is definitely sinus-related since the weather changing and since I also have terrible allergy issues. Invested in some Afrin and hoping that helps. Check in with your doc but sinus pressure can cause slight vision blurring contrary to what most will say. Definitely get it checked out by your Opt. And! Be careful with OTC sinus meds. They can dry out your eyes which is a definite no-go for us LASIK patients. Try a cold compress and hot, steamy showers to relieve the pain. Hope this helps :)
P.S. Sinus medication even over the counter stuff can affect your vision.
I don't know what sinus would have to do with your blurred vision unless you had something truly bizarre like a tumor. Certainly, sinuses can affect your eye but it is usually pain or pressure. Sometimes it takes 6 months to a year to see the final effects of Lasik. Has your doctor checked a corneal topography to rule out irregular astigmatism?
