piriformis injections?

How can I find a physician who treats piriformis syndrome in the St. Louis, MO., area?
Can anyone recommend one?

My physician has provided the diagnosis, but she doesn't believe in direct treatment of the piriformis.

I'm desperate--deepest thanks!
