thickening of the uterus lining

My periods are getting very painful. I have a normal days of periods. I am 46 years old and had a hystermony almost 22 years ago.  I had a ultersound on my uterus, and the only thing that came back was that my lining to the uterus was thickening. She tried to do a biospy but it came back unconclusive. And she made me an appointment with an gyncologist to see if i need a dnc. What do u think it could be? If it was cancerous wouldn't it show up in the biopsy? I am worried?

Um, if you had a Hysterectomy 22 years ago, there's not effin way your having your periods still....So, either your a liar, and need serious help. or the doctor who did the hysterectomy, is a effin LIAR and needs help.
