The fact he says he doesnt want to talk about sends up a red flag do not take no for an answer but go gently about it, no demands just friendly unconcerned questioning, they all say they dont know this is a common reply to anything they dont want to talk about. The key lies in the fact he is only like this at school and on the bus, so I expect others are involved, he may be afraid to implicate any other older boy, also it may have been an act of bravado and it made him have more power in other kids eyes. After some gentle questioning ,let it go, time to not go through it again, the school needs to be more aware of what is happening.Good Luck,
We will do this. We have, of course, asked him these questions and he says, "I don't know." or "I don't want to talk about it." Obviously, as you suggest he and we must talk about it. I will also suggest that his father talk more directly with the teacher.
Have you or his parents asked him why he does this, ask him also if he is copying anyone , perhaps there are others aswell doing the same thing.and if he says yes there are ask the tedacher why he is being singled out and no one else. As there are no problems anywhere else it has to come from Bus and school, there fore other boys, fiond out more, ask him
