vibrational sensation in penis

from the 2nd day of unprotected sex i am feeling a vibrational sensation on the penis tip.it was months i am having the same problem.in between i visited a doctor, and tested for vdrl, urine culture, hemoglobin, diabetis.but all are negative, and he told that was a fobia.
but i am very worried about this, what was happening with me.resently my hair was falling at the morning and also feeling shoulder pain some time, and my BP gets high.
then after few days  I just visited another doctor.he said me the same test which i done, included HIV1&2.so from the next day I get started reading about HIV,but none says that it is a HIV symptom.so Iam very worried about this and i am in fear all time and not able to concentrate in any work, all time thinking about this.

so please tell me  what i should do?is it a symptom of HIV or not.i am very worried and feeling fear of this.
thank you

Hello,

Such vibratory sensations in the penis can be due to traumatic damage to the nerves in penis or their entrapment or compression, diabetes(already ruled out in your case),STD’s like gonorrhea and Chlamydia, prostatitis or bacterial urethritis.I would suggest you to consult a urologist and get evaluated for nerve compression and urethritis. In urethritis, the diagnosis can be made only by the proper collections of urine specimens from both the urethra and the bladder. These specimens will reveal the presence of white blood cells in the urethral washings, while the midstream (bladder) specimen will be free of cells.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.
