Fatigue, adrenal, fibromyalgia relation?

I have been suffering too long and just getting bounced from doctor to doctor.  I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and a pituitary microadenoma.  Oh yea, depression too.  I feel like **** at least 90% of my days.  I get overwhelmed very easily, any stress to me can put me down for the day.  Stress to me lately can be the phone ringing too much or traffic etc.  Is there anyone with any advice on what to check or questions to ask.  I'm wasting away.  10 hours of sleep and Adderall xr 20mg daily, synthroid, and vitamins and I can barely breath or keep mmy eyes open.  Are these related symptoms?

You definitely need to have your microadenoma excised!  That is likely the cause of all of your CFS symptoms.  I have CFS and my doctor and I were actually hoping that my MRI would come back positive for microadenoma on the pituitary!  Reason being, it’s a relatively easy surgery - they go up through the nose.  It’s actually fairly common, and fairly routine.

Did you get a copy of the report and the lab work? When you get it, perhaps it will indicate more. Were any of the tests on pituitary hormones?

Was it a dynamic pituitary MRI?

Tonics - do you have a microadenoma? Have you looked into the UK pituitary org?

I have exactly the same. Endo not interested in my microadenoma or symptoms which are put down to cfs (bucket syndrome by nhs). So frustrating. I have pretty much given up now.
Have you ad to notify dvla? I will have to now, concerned re outcome. Lost job too..grrrrr.

Have you seen a neuro-endocrinologist? What kind of pituitary tumor? Those symptoms are the tumor - why is it not being treated?

Read up on symptoms of pituitary tumors. What testing have you had done? Do you go for regular testing?
