Over the past 4 years I've developed these symptoms: a chronic daily headache behind my forehead, which was debatabley attributed to a benign bone tumor in my skull; constant dry swollen nose/turbinates with no real sinus disease; most lately in the last year, a distinct broad pressure in my chest all the time with also new onset of extra heart beats. This makes it feel hard to breath in or also as if I have "air hunger". This symptom equals to often waking from my sleep feeling as if I'm suffocating due to the tightness in my chest, and if this happens when I'm in a deep sleep I will sometimes have an extreme racing pulse in my sleep that wakes me up... I don't feel short on breath per se, just this air hunger and very uncomfortable heaviness in the chest that follows me around.
There are some mornings I wake up with a migraine like headache and I will be bradycardic at around 45-50 which resolves when the headache does.
I have good exercise tolerance, my symptoms don't increase during exercise, and I had a normal stress echo test. My sleep study was also unremarkable with just mild sleep apnea.. I am 31 yrs old , male, and 40 lbs overweight
