Please help my queri

Dear Doctor,

I had a protected sex with a sex worker in Mumbai (India) about a month ago. My condom burst, but I stopped immediately. Then just got my penis sucked from her. I was really afraid of having HIV, so I got the PCR, RNA 1 Qualitative test done at about 26th Day of the exposure.

The result was negative. Do I need to take any further test? How reliable is this test? I am getting hypertensed thinking about All this. I dod not have any fever or any symptoms as discussed frequently. However, I Did have ahigh BP thereon and also feel like buzzness in the mind. ALso feel quiet weak at times. Please help Doctor

Thanks Teak... However, One more request, I have heard that PCR tests are the most sensitive means of testing HIV and can test better then any test. Please clear my doubts. Also I am having irritation in urinating since last 8-10 days, I also got my Routine urine Test Done, awaiting reports.

I took PCR test on about 26th day of the exposure, how good is it???

Please help refrain me from my anxieties??

Thanks for all ur support ! :-)
