Pain in ovary?

Hello, im 21 years old and hae recently been getting a pain in my lower pelvi region, feels like it might be where my ovary would be. Ive had slight bursts of pain before but it has worsened recently. It feels like a dull ache when im not doing much but when i go to the toilet it sometimes intermittedly hurts in that spot and also in my kidneys i beleive. It also hurts sometimes when i have sex. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Im a bit of a worrier but dont tend to act on these things until they really cause me greif!
A friend of mine has suggested it could either be an inflammation, she said she had a similar pain for and her doctor said it was where an egg was getting stuck on its way through the tubes?! She also mentioned it could be some kind or blockage or stone if my kidneyswere hurting...?
Any thoughts and help you could give me would be really appreciated,
Thankyou, Chloe

Just want you to know that every one is different, even the similar symptoms may not come from the different cause.  I suggest is you need to see a dr, prefer the GYN and ask for an pelvic untra-sound to see what is going on. That can be a start. You are the only one can tell that your body is acting up and need more attention to fix the problem.
