Some moms-to-be have problems tolerating prenatal vitamins, but you can make changes so youre sure to take them. Heres some advice:

Nausea. Try taking your supplement at a different time of day, says Greenhouse. Often, taking one at night with dinner or before bed can help.

Too big to swallow. Look for a chewable prenatal available over-the-counter and via prescription, says Greenhouse.
