Exercise and Fitness

Started doing fast walking. It takes 1 minute to walk around the homemade grass track at a clip.
I did 10 laps for 10 minutes. I was a little winded when I stopped. I think it was enough for a start, this morning.
I will do some more after lunch.
I don't know whether it is better to exercise before or after a meal.
