Did Insanity: Sports Training.  it was Hard and what a workout.

During the training started to get tightness in my Achilles. Ugh not that again... Its because of my blood sugar had a high for the first time in 3 months.  Keeping your blood sugar low helps with Achilles tendinitis.

I was able to reach my fat burning Target: 160

Chi Running

Today starting a new technique of running called Chi Running. Align your body. I'lll have to practice it some more before i can right about it.

I was so surprised at myself i was actually able to run with out any lower back pain. I actually felt really good at the end of the work out then i was a few weeks ago with so much pain i was so discouraged and sad.
