Well here I am again with the exact same symptoms I had last August. Never got a diagnosis as usual. It started over a week ago. I came home tired from work went to lay down and noticed when I laid on my back the room was spinning. Dizziness is a common symptom for me so I just thought if i took a nap It would go away. I rolled over and fell asleep for a few hours woke up with severe vertigo. I felt horrible my heart rate was up and It was hard for me to walk. Felt like something was pushing me forward or like I was going to fall over. I ate a light dinner and went to watch some fireworks. I noticed while sitting down I felt like i was going to fall over from the dizziness. Later that night the vertigo got worse kept feeling like the room was spinning I couldn't lay on my back or bend over. I got real nauseated and started dry heaving a few times thru out the night. I never was able to sleep while laying down my bed felt like a boat rocking and when i walked to the bathroom the room looked like it was swaying. By the time it was morning I drank some water and threw it up with some stomach acid the toilet looked like it was shaking. I eventually started feeling better and was able to take a nap and go out to run errands. I noticed after that I had this rash on my arms with small bumps that weren't to noticeable but had a burning itch and i could feel them. A week before I got these itchy red bumps on my legs that looked like bug bites but they started spreading and looked more like cuts and would break open when i scratched them. On Wednesday of last week I decided to go to Urgent Care over my rash's. My bp was 155/100 and heart rate was 122 sitting they didn't seem concerned. The doctor said my legs were poison ivy and my arms she wasn't sure but it wasn't poison ivy. She gave me oral steroids and steroid cream for 5 days. Over the weekend I started feeling sick again. The vertigo came back along with the nausea, dry heaving, felt weak, head pressure, heart palpation's, a lot of burping, and anxiety with depression. I went to Walmart late Sunday night the line was very long with only one register open. I started sweating really bad and could feel my heart pounding/racing. They finally opened another register I had 2 people go in front of me. By then my heart rate and sweating got a LOT worse I thought i was going to faint. On top of it the cashier was slow and my card wasn't working. By the time I got home and laid down my heart rate and blood pressure was good. I figured it could of been the steroids and I started panicking worried I would faint at the register making my heart pound even harder. I also suspect I have POTS but I cant get doctors to give me the Tilt Test to confirm it. I do take metotprolol to help with my tachycardia when I stand. I developed allergy's last year after I got these same symptoms which I have been told could be Mast Cell but that's another diagnosis I have yet to confirm. I have been taking Zyrtec daily since I got these similar symptoms last August along with vitamin D and B12 since I have been deficient. Now that I'm dealing with vertigo/dizziness, the vertigo lately has been feeling like I'm spinning instead or like my head is vibrating with pressure, feeling off balance, nausea, and burping weather i eat or not. I went back to my doctor yesterday. She did lab work and said my right ear has some slight fluid in it which is what they said last year as well. I don't understand why I have fluid in my ear if I'm taking allergy meds. On my lab work my doctor said my potassium yet again was low which has been the last few times its been checked. She said my thyroids and everything else was ok. They tested my CBC, Complete met panel, and thyroid. my doctor wants me to retest my potassium next week she prescribed me some potassium pills and said my magnesium might be low as well. I don't think low potassium would have anything to do with my vertigo but I sure hope they figure this out. I asked If i needed to be referred somewhere or get an MRI on my head she said not right now just wait and see what my blood work shows after its retested. I don't want this to happen every summer and have to be sick in bed for weeks just getting blown off by doctors. I cant do much when I get like this walking/ standing is hard and I feel pretty sick so laying down usually eases my symptoms during the day. I tend to get a lot worse at night so I cant really sleep when I do I have been waking up every hour as a reminder that I feel awful. I hope all of this gets resolved for the sake of my sanity. I can only hope and pray I get some answers soon. Thanks for reading!

Im not sure where to write this but I just need to vent. This is hard for me to sit here and type this because of how sick I have been feeling lately but maybe this will help or maybe someone will see it and can relate. In a nutshell I have been sick for years with no diagnosis. I had my gallbladder removed in 2011 I thought it would solve all my problems but it didnt. It did help to a point but I still have a lot of symptoms not just my stomach. I have been to numerous doctors that tend to do the same tests once that usually comes back ok besides a few vitamin issues they assume im fine when I definitely dont feel fine. After a lot of research Im pretty sure I know what I have Postural Othostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Most doctors are not informed about it and misdiagnose people who have it with stress or anxiety. I have yet to be officially diagnosed but even then im not sure what exactly they would do about it. This past week and a half my symptoms have gotten a lot worse. I get severely dizzy, feel off balance when I walk, light headed, head pressure, weakness, shaky, nausea, burping, some dry heaving in the mornings which i think is mainly from my stomach acid. I went to the doctor she just did some lab work said i had fluid in my ears so to take allergy meds and potassium pills since im slightly low. The allergy meds seem to help to a point but through out the day i still dont feel good. Especially if I go to long without eating I get really sick Im assuming my blood sugar gets low even though Im not a diabetic. Its pretty scary how sick I can suddenly feel and how I mainly just have to stay in bed to get any relief. I miss being normal I'm starting to wonder if Im ever going to get better. If anything I would even be ok with my usual normal so at least then I can have a few hours of feeling better until I have to eat. Feeling sick causes anxiety or to feel irritable. I'm not sure what else to do but this dizziness, off balance, and all my stomach issues with the anxiety all need to go. Hopefully I will find some relief soon and get to feeling better and possibly get a diagnosis.

I woke up depressed, now Im just really sad. I have been feeling sad a lot lately. I know theirs people out there worse off then me but Im tired of having to live my life this way. Im not usually a sad person, but having an ongoing health issue I think would bring anyone down. I hear people all the time tell me their so depressed because their so lonely they want a bf/gf but I think if I just had my health and could live a normal life like Im suppose to I would be very happy. It seems like Im sick all the time now with some random symptom and doctors wont do anything else for me. I think they have given up on me and meds don't help. I have tried just about every acid reducer available still get sick. I take Beno if I eat or drink anything that could make me gassy and if that fails I take Charco Caps for the gas pains and if that dont help I just lay around and suffer until it goes away. My GI doctor did 2 endoscopys on me. One before my gallbladder was removed which the night before I was throwing up solid acid ever 15 to 20 minutes and the other one was a year ago. Both times my GI doctor just said I produce to much acid. If thats the case I don't understand why acid reducers dont really help me and I don't get heartburn. Acid reducers may help me be able to go without eating for a few hours but either way I always get sick if I go to long without eating and even when I do eat I can still feel nasous and gassy. I basically just have to live my life not knowing how Im going to feel. I could feel fine one minute and the next I could feel aweful. I have been battling these stomach issues since I was 17. Started really getting sick when I was 21 and suffered for a while then finally got my gallbladder out in 2011 got better but still wasnt 100% and now here I am at 25 years old and noticing Im getting worse again then how I was a year ago and am running out of options. I keep thinking how will I feel in 10 to 20 years from now. If I still feel sick on a daily basis I dont know how I will live a normal life. Doctors basically want me to cut out everything that I eat to see if it helps but what I dont understand is why they keep giving me meds that dont help and wont do any more tests on me to find out whats causing me to produce to much acid if thats the case. Normal people my age can eat whatever they want and dont have any problems. I have had a days where I just took a sip of milk or coke and had gas pains for 12 to 24 hours. It felt like someone got an air pump and filled me up with air. I would even try to throw up some air just to get some relief. Then on rare occasions I can have days to where I can eat and drink whatever I want with no problems that never lasts more then a day or 2 but when it does Im happy only to pay for it the next day or to later. Yesterday I had a mild stomach ache and was nasous so I tried eating I still had the ache and was nasous most of the day. I started feeling a lil better later on but I knew if I didnt eat dinner I would start feeling real acidy and nasous so I ate still felt a lil nasous and then a few minutes later started getting horrible gas pains. It was like a sharp stabbing pain in different areas of my stomach. I didnt know what to do it felt like how I did after I had my gallbladder removed. The pain went to my back and it hurt to breath, and talk. After about 20 to 30 minutes it finally went away but I still felt gassy and kept burping. I finally went to bed then woke up a few hours later feeling real nasous and gassy like I could just throw up a lot of air or acid. I didn't wanna move because I knew I would start gagging so I just laid there and eventally feel back asleep. Now Im awake going to face another day not knowing how Im going to feel. I basically just needed to write. Thanks to anyone who read all of this. Hopefully your health issue can be resolved. Take care.

I went to my new doctor today. Over my stomach symptoms and heart murmur and palpations. My doctor is nice but yet again like the rest she tells me the most they can do is give me acid reducers which don't really help me much. They tell me I produce to much acid but my question is whats causing it? Maybe if they spent some time trying to figure out what causes it then I could feel better. Most people don't have that problem so my symptoms are deffinatly not normal. Most doctors tell me to watch what I eat espically on the fast food and to eat lots of fruits and veggies but even that kind of stuff messes with my stomach and their really isen't any fast food places that have none greasy foods so I really don't know what I'm suppose to do. I'm suppose to call the specalists (GI and Cardio) up myself and try to get appointments even though I know I will need to be reffered again. Most people think that my heart and stomach symptoms could be linked but my doctor today said that my acid shouldnt be causing problems with my heart. She thinks my heart is fine but I still need to check in with the Cardio specalist because they did a chest ultrasound a few months ago and I never heard back. It just don't make much sense to me. I'm still young I don't get why I cant just feel normal. Normal people can eat whatever they want and feel fine but with me weather I eat or not I still feel like crap 90% of the time. Life is to short I would like to feel good and be able to eat the things I want. I'm starting to lose hope like I'm going to just have to live feeling sick most of the time but on the bright side at least getting my gallbladder taken out a few years ago did help somewhat.
