Had to go out, very dry and drank more than limit.  also, yogurt isn't agreeing with me- coughing from it and gut trouble.  Feel very ill.

I lost one pound yesterday in spite of drinking the 2 1/2 cups of extra water so I didn't get heat exhaustion while out in the heat...

I was out in the car for 1 hour after two tires went flat after I hit a curb.  Even with the a/c on, it was warm in my car, since it was nearly 100 degrees outside at 4:30 pm.  To avoid dehydration and heat problems I had to keep sipping water until I finally got home near 7 p.m. I drank 2 1/2 extra cups of water between 4:30 and bedtime today.  I found it interesting that in spite of this, I still lost a pound today due to my being out in the heat and sweating...

I have put on 10 pounds in 10 days after my cardiologist told me to stop taking Bumex [diuretic] as my BUN was 50 then 48 1 week later and my creat. was 2 then 1.6.  I lost 5 pounds yesterday after resuming the Bumex, and I am breathing easier.

I had blood work yesterday and am awaiting the results, and whether I need t0 see a nephrologist now.
