Hmm looking at my chart I wonder if i've done enough this month? As in BD'g, its always a good question everyday or every other day? Thing is diffrerent health profs say different things so its purely a retorical question, rather than me asking, you can if you're reading this give me some feedback, answers on a postcard please xx

ive tried the lying with butt on pillows after BD'g, not glam or in some cases worth the effort because as soon as i stand up...ohhhTMI but you get the idea, and yes i know its only a small percentage that leaks out and more stays in etc....but ohhh im giving myself a headache!
update: Choc craving has subsided, just the tiredness to shift now.
