ok tonight is kick boxing and toning its a hour and a half class and i am itching to get there. I have been reviewing my eating habbits and I notice I eat to many carbs. So, I am now cutting back on some carbs. I mean I am still going to eat them but just less of them. Week 1 I took 2 days off from working out bc it was the first week. However, this week I am plaining on doing 7 days.
