I'm still doing pretty good on cutting way back on my portions and I have stopped eating so much junk food. I plan to start drinking more water and bring fruit and wheat thins or something so I can have little healthy snacks through the day instead of starving. I really need to cut out the soda and get some excersize.

So the losing weight thing didn't work back in May. I actually ended of gaining weight while off my bipolar meds. So now I'm trying again and have even more to lose. I am only 10 lbs lighter than I was at 9 months pregnant and that doesn't work for me. I started two days ago eating a little better but mostly eating less.
