2 weeks ago I have bumped the amount of salt that I put in my liter of squash - 1/2 tsp.
So in a day when I drink 3 liters I get 2 1/2 tsp of salt

Doing well on my fluid intake with an avarage 3.5 L
Continues to add 3/8 tsp salt to each 1 L water/squash.
Need to drink above 4L because of heat and rowing.
My insomnia allows me to drink more beacause I sleep less.
