Am waking every 1/2-1 hour all night. While better than most of the summer/fall when I was sleeping <2 hours/night, it's still not good, refreshing sleep. When I wake, I do fall back to sleep but never deeply asleep. R shoulder and L foot pain as well as a cough & sinus symptoms with fever & sweats over the past 2 weeks or so are making sleeping difficult. I wake up as tired (or more tired) than I was at bedtime and end up in & out of bed all day which doesn't help establish a good nighttime routine. When I try to force myself to stay up, though, I either nod off in the chair or become so depressed and irritable that I can't stand myself.
