I am one of those crazy people that when I get going on losing the weight. I will seriously weigh myself 3x a day!! ANyways I have to see it working or else I quit. So far I am down 3.2lbs!!! Yahoo I know its not anything for anyone to notice but feels good to see that scale dropping rather than rising. I was so nervous and embarrassed to post my weight on the WWW and for everyone to see how much I truly weighed. But hell we are all human all woman and most of us at one point struggled with the weight loss. I hope by journaling and tracking I get some helpful feedback and it helps me stay on track.
My goal is to not feel like I am fat in all the pics at Quinlans 1st bday party 2/16/13. I am not one to really care what the scale says as long as I FEEL GOOD and I am COMFORTABLE!!!! Right now I am not. So we continue to truck along on this weight loss journey. I have lost 40+ lbs before. Once after a car accident, another after just letting myself slip sitting on my arse all day for work, so I know I can do it again. It wasnt easy but well worth it in the end!!!

Breakfast: the white of 1 hard boiled egg, 3 large strawberries, 1/2 banana
Lunch: Green Leaf Lettuce, red onion,shredded carrots, cuke and avacado with evoo and balsamic.
Dinner Menu:
Chicken drumsticks marinated with rosemary,s/p, evoo and balsamic will slow bake these, veggies stir fry, and  rice for Q and DB

Drinking a cleanse I found by Jillian Michaels: 60 ounces pure or distilled water, 1tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 dandelion root tea bag

Drink this for 7 days, on my way to a healthier ME!!!
