It is easy to make better food choices without beer or harder to make bad food choices.  I don't know but I'm not even thinking about 2nds or chips on Friday night.  The intense exercise seems to suppress my appetite to the point that I need to force myself to eat sometimes. Hope this lasts!

Rowing - 1km - 4.8mins
Bike - 5km - 12mins (with 2 x 4kg dumbells shoulder press, bicep curls, tricep extentions)
Treadmill - 1km - 6mins
This is one after the other, transitions and treadmill warmup included in time. Aim 16mins.
