St. Patrick's Day!!

Since I obviously didn't meet my goal of weighing 130 by my birthday, my new goal is to weigh that by St. Patrick's Day. I can do it if I lose 2 pounds per week :) I love St. Patrick's Day... so it gives me another reason to be excited ^_^

As for my plan, I'm starting a new job that I need SUPER energy for. So, instead of relying on caffeine, I'm going to drink a high-protein Slim Fast shake and eat a hard-boiled egg in the morning. For lunch and dinner, I'm going to try to get in as many healthy salads and fruits as possible. It will be a challenge since I'll be on the road a lot, but I'm going to try to have fun with it. The job - truck driving! - is also pretty physical with the pre and post-drive inspections, but if I don't get enough exercise, I'm going to bring along my resistance bands and jump rope. I'm also staying in a hotel for the next 3 weeks, so I plan on taking advantage of the indoor pool :)

I've gained 5 lbs since Christmas/New Years... holiday drinking will do that to you :( I've also been eating quite a bit of junk food and I started a new medication a couple of weeks ago. *sigh* I need to start exercising again.

I'm down another 3 or so pounds since the beginning of the month! I'm surprised since I've been eating tons of fast food lately and I haven't been working...

Reaching my goal by my birthday seems completely doable :)
