More dietary fat

by Gary Taubes.  Gentle Mac told me about him.  I've been ditching all flour and sugar - including fruit.  Not that I ate much of either anyway although I did eat half an apple a day with Nefer.

I've looked over some Paleo diet sites and got some recipes for flax "bread" from an Atkins/keto site.  It's working!

I did have to learn to drink bullion and use salt substitute for extra potassium and cut down on my atenolol with the help of Dr. Ray when my tachycardia acted up.

Overall the food makes me feel better.  More roughage...food I like to eat.  Butter.  That is one difference, adding in more fat like butter and bacon.  I'm enjoying it and I didn't think I would.  I've never used it much.
