I took a short break since I had company come in from out of town and threw a party. I was afraid I would gain back a ton of weight because honestly, I didn't track my food for about 5 days. Somehow, I managed to keep my weight down and am thrilled. I could have done better and lost more weight, but I had to put my jogging on hold to entertain. Also, I had drank alcohol and so I am surprised I didn't gain a ton.
