I took a short break since I had company come in from out of town and threw a party. I was afraid I would gain back a ton of weight because honestly, I didn't track my food for about 5 days. Somehow, I managed to keep my weight down and am thrilled. I could have done better and lost more weight, but I had to put my jogging on hold to entertain. Also, I had drank alcohol and so I am surprised I didn't gain a ton.

Yesterday I ran for 15 minutes and burned 75 calories. Today I ran at 3mph and at times, 4mph... and I burned 110 calories in 22 minutes. I ran a mile! I'm finally getting back up to where I used to be in terms of running on the treadmill. Yay!

I need to invest in a really good scale. Clearly the Wii has been messing with me. I appear to be back on track. I ran 15 minutes on the treadmill and ate open chicken souvlaki without any pita today. Then I had 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges. I know I ate under what I was supposed to, but I haven't been too hungry today. I may have an apple, though.

Weight gain



How I managed to gain so much weight in two days, I have no idea. I'm just depressed now. Week two of Weight Watchers has been a bust. I admit I didn't eat the best two of those days, and that obviously caught up with me. Still, I didn't think I completely overate. This really stinks.
