It's been 2 weeks since my ablation and my heart has hardly missed a beat until today. Got up this morning and decided to tackle the day with 10 min. on the treadmill, scrubbed down the bathroom, hung out some clothes, finished the ironing that's been accumulating, and other odds and ends while listening to a suspenseful Mary Higgins Clark book on cd. I've felt a little winded and decided to just go about everything a little bit slower. During all of this time my heart has been flip flopping around and a feeling of pressure in my head. I took my bp and it was fine but my heart rate was 110. Sat down to rest a while and it went down to 106. So I guess this is a normal part of post ablation. I'd hate it if every day felt like this. I did a vagal manuever and got it down to 87bpm. Am I overdoing it?
