Been taking Folic Acid, Vits B, C, & D, and Calcium, way before I became pregnant, but only just seen these options on this site today, lol!

Sooooo tired!  Went to see midwife yesterday, and heard Baby's heartbeat!!!  So happy!  didn't think I'd get to hear it till later on, I'm only just over 16 weeks!

Also, blood pressure quite low - 105/60 - Every time I've had my blood pressure taken it's been lower than the last time, but midwife isn't worried, she'd prefer it to be high than low, tho did tell me that the low BP could be why I'm feeling so washed out and tired all the time.  Glad I've found a reason, I was beginning to worry about the extreme fatigue - I have no energy and just want to sleep all the time!

Phew, what a day!
FOUR hours at hospital!  Firstly, went in for scan, and Baby was sat up, so Sonographer couldn't take measurements, so I had to drink even MORE water (was already dying for the loo!), and go for a brisk 25 minute walk in the hopes Baby would lay down.
No such luck, it was still sat up!  They had to tilt me upside down to get the Baby to move!
In 3 weeks it's grown from 2.3cm to 5.8cm, and they've told me I'm 12 weeks and 2 days, so my due date has come forward a day to 7th May 2012.
Spent ages talking about my care (as I'm an older Mum-to-be) - They'll be keeping a close eye on me and Baby, so I'm very happy and reassured.
So, I get another scan at 19 weeks (14th December), that'll the the 4D one and when we get to find out if it's a he or a she (can't wait!), then one at 28 weeks, 32 weeks, and 36 weeks.
They may not let me go to term, depends on the pregnancy.  But, I'm healthy, so is Baby, so no reason why everything shouldn't run smoothly.
Soooo excited, and Sooooooo pleased to be home with our scan photo after spending FOUR hours at the hospital!  Yipee!!!!!!!!!!!!  :o)

Well, I don't think hubby knows what to make of me, I don't know what to make of me!

Hormones everywhere, one minute, I'm on top of the world, the next, I'm in a heap crying for absolutely no reason - Is this normal??!!

Hubby treading very carefully, the poor soul doesn't know how to handle me right now.  Hell, I don't know how to handle me right now, lol!

having a baby costs a fortune!

Well today, we decided to go look at all the baby items we will need (including some we don't, but will keep our Baby amused!!).
I brought the catalogue home, and systematically went through it all, noting everything we needed (& wanted), including furniture for the nursery.
I nearly passed out when I added it all up! £2,500 (approx $4,000).
Bloody hell, I didn't realise!
That's is everything we could possibly need tho, and when we (hopefully) have a 2nd, there won't be such a big expense.
And of course, if I REALLY look after it all, I can resell it.
We're waiting until I'm about 5 months, and given we both work, we don't get any handouts or freebie's - It's much better to be on Benefits in the UK, you get everything free - How fair is that?!!  And hardly an incentive for ppl to get off their backsides and go out to work now is it?!
No wonder our Country is full to bursting with illegal immigrants and assylum seekers - Our Govt basically tells them, "come to England, you get a free house, free driving lessons, free furniture, a mobile phone, TV, we pay your rent and council tax, and then pay you some more not to work"
Grrrrrr, makes my blood boil, cos it's us WORKING TAXPAYERS who fund all this!
This country is a SHAM, and I'm emmigrating asap!
