I feel a lot better today than I have for the last week. I think I had the heat too low on my CPAP humidifier and it was causing a headache. I turned it up last night and that seemed to work better. I still had a bit of a headache in the morning but not like it has been the last week. I've been trying to determine if my problem was allergies or the CPAP. This seems like it was the CPAP on the wrong heat setting. I haven't taken Tylenol or Ibuprofen today and I'm able to work. So...

I haven't seen what the mold spore count is today. Maybe it went way down and that is the cause of me feeling better. Still need to check that.

The cause still could be allergies because I also restarted Allegra and Singulair 2 days ago.

Histamine

Anxiety
Headache, severe
Tension in the back of my neck that can't be resolved
Weakness
Unable to think clearly
Upset stomach, bloating, cramping
Pounding heart beat
PVCs

The alternaria mold is high because of the rain.

I restarted Allegra and turned on my air cleaner. I feel a bit better, but not great.

Sleepy Canker Sore Continues

Feb 26, 2018 - 0 comments

I'm very sleepy this morning even though I got about 8 hours. I did stay up past the time I was tired, tell 1am. It is a Monday after a deployment where I was up all night and then slept until 4pm. I had a lot of muscle tension in my head and neck earlier. I think the lorazepam fixes it after a few hours. That feels better now. But, my canker sore in my throat is worse today. The pain spikes for apparently no reason. I'm able to eat if I do it carefully, keeping the food on the right side. It usually only hurts if food touches it, but no it seems to be hurting for unknown reasons. I have had a cold and/or sinus infection continuously for months. I think that is the cause, possibly drainage that irritates it.

Canker Sore & Prostatitis

Feb 11, 2018 - 0 comments

I'm not having prostatitis right now, but I thought that it might have been caused by allergies in the spring when I had it last year. And because I had stopped taking the allegra. Because it has been a long time since I experienced that  and I've been taking Allegra for a long time. Everything seems to be caused by allergies. If I don't take Allegra in the spring I get prostatitis. If I don't take Singulair, I get the canker sore in my throat in the fall. I consider this a theory right now, but pretty good evidence. I have noticed before that if I switch from Allegra to Claratin, I start getting prostatitis in a few days, usually in the spring.

So, just recently, the canker sore in my throat got a lot better but then it came back full strength. I think it is getting better again because my cold is getting better. It is worse when I have a cold or allergies. I'm thinking again that it may be the absence of the Singulair that has allowed it to come back. For 10 years, all the years I've been taking Singulair, I haven't had a problem with this. Now it is almost a constant since I stopped taking the Singulair.
