I overslept and snoozed off during my weak (tired) hours, 5AM-11AM, which implies that I am still not adapted. The oversleep naps are where I am getting SWS (haven't check Zeo though) and I feel tired after them. It is like a big stretch of long-term zombie unconscious zombie sleep - I can really see why the call it Slow Wave Sleep.
The thing is, I felt fantastic a few hours before the oversleep. But once I got to my weakest hours, I was aware I was oversleeping, I just didn't care! I went along with the SWS.
I also hit a 100% REM nap right at my 1:20pm nap, according to my Zeo. I marked that nap as green.
