Doing well since I changed my diet to no Dairy, no meat except chicken breast and fish. Staying away from gassy foods like cucumber, radish, cabbage. Lots of greens, carrots, peas, eggplant, squash, mushrooms, bell peppers. I miss the cheese! My stomach is happy now and seems to also help the headaches. Drinking liquids all day long and that seems to help the headaches. So everything has been smooth sailing all last week. Ran total of 12 miles during the week. I need to pick up my pace now. Running Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Will start pushing the miles to build toward 21July. My body is sore....but good sore, the exercise helps my energy level and concentration. All is good on this 7th week of treatment. 5 to go or 17 to go?, I don't know yet.
