OK so I ate like 3 bowls of cereal-then an egg-then a whole grain tortilla with cheese.  I think that #1 I shouldn't eat cereal because then I just keep eating. #2 I should start with the tortilla and the egg first. A little bit of carb with my meal seems to keep me from overeating!  WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYMEEEEEE.

Well its Jan 16th so I have been "trying to get fit" for a bout 2 weeks. I have been working out sporadically but today is the second day in a row I have done insanity. I have another idea to spur me along. I brought Insanity to work and have 3 other coworkers doing it with me. So I noticed that while I am doing Insanity with other people--I work harder! However my diet has not been good. Especially on my days off. Yikes--too much food and soda and no where to run! Well I am going to buy some apples today and see if I can have alittle more fruit instead of all this crazy no good carb fest. LOL .Well see.

dec 29th--pumped a little iron and focused on my legs--squats at home--pumped iron with legs at gym-5 pushups
dec 30th --we didn't have any patients so I was allowed an hour to go to gym I made the most of it and rode the bike for 30min then did some iron pumping-focused mainly on my underarms--
dec 31st --I did about 80 crunches before work and am about to do 10pushups--If only I could go down lower. Sadly I have noticed some cellulite on my belly. Oh well--I will try some more crunches tomorrow!

I am in the military and have about 6months to rev up for my next PT test. So I did the bike yesterday--and then ran two measly lap today in the cold with a little treadmill-incline action. Tomorrow I am really gonna go for it. I challenge myself to jog/walk the mile1/2. I just hate being cold.
