Don't ask me, I don't know!

Weird how my weight had been stable then went down then in the past few weeks went back up, then just as suddenly has gone down again! I haven't changed my diet in any way. Wondering if it is related to the issues I am going through. Hmmmmm.

Bah! Those who want to can't......

Hmm, seems my weight is dropping off faster than flies off a Zapper at an Aussie BBQ!  Gone from 102kgs now down to 66.5 in just on 3 years. Good for me, I say! I worked bloody hard to get that fat lump of a body to not get diabetes, heart disease, and worse! BUT. I was ok with being about 70kgs. Still got a bit of rounded boobies at that weight.
Now since I have been back from USA 5 weeks ago, I have lost nearly 8 kilos. I was naughty and didn't put up the added weight I was from just before I left USA. I was 74 kilos. I had been eating lots of Mexican food and due to camping could not do a doggie bag, so ate it all every night. HUGE meals too, I might add!
I get back to the Land of Oz and have not done much walking, only once a week really. My appetite has dropped to basically bugger all, the idea of eating makes me feel ill. I do eat, but of course, not much, so no wonder that weight is dropping off so easily! BUT!!!!!! I am very scared it will turn into like I was about 15 years ago, I went from 94 the day I had my son (30/08/93) to 54kgs in Dec 1994. People said I was anorexic. I WAS eating then. Probably was my Hashimoto's from being undiagnosed that did it back then.
Now, I still firmly believe my adrenals are failing. After nearly 2 years of thyroxine doses up and down like a yo-yo, symptoms that would make a sane man cry, and stress that is off the walls (Ok I have had stress pretty much ALL my life and I mean STRESS!!!) So my poor little triangle glands are saying, Oh enough already!
   We shall see.

Gravity Challenge Test

Sob!

My weight has started to creep up slowly these past few months. I do wonder though if it is due to the fact it is very cold and wet here and I can't do my walking as much as I like, or is it due to the increased tiredness of my TSH rising, and I can't get the energy to walk back up the massive hill when I do go for a walk?
Either way, I know I won't be this weight in a month coz when I get to USA I am going to be hot, hot, hot! Back to yummy salads, with salmon and lots of soy yoghurts!
OH! I think I just answered my own question! Too many vegie burgers and not enough salads! Hee hee.
Bring on the hikes! ...that's if I don't fall asleep half way.....sigh....
